Internal Exit Interviews
Workforce Retention's internal exit interview program allows organisations to conduct in house exit interviews and take advantage of their effective exit interview methodology, web hosted data capture platform and reporting capability.
How Is It Done
- We go through an exit interview customisation process with you to ensure the data captured is completely relevant to your organisaiton.
- We give you the option to administer the entire program or have us adminster part of it for you (i.e have us prompt you when a new exit interview is ready to be conducted for an exiting employee).
- You conduct comprehensive probing interviews using the interview structure as a guide and capture the information in the database.
- You and other appointed management can logon to your website account at any stage in the program and view reported results from the quantitative interview responses.
- You have the option to have us complete a comprehensive quarterly exit report for you which contains drill down analysis on hot spots in the organisation and analysis of the qualitative comments from exiting employees. This quarterly exit report is posted to the web site and also presented in person to the HR/ Management team.
